We are located at 1545 Hotel Circle S. Suite 300 San Diego CA 92108.  Park in the parking garage in spots labeled GTLC upon arrival or visitor spots along the street or on the second floor (top) of the parking garage just behind the building. You wil lreceive an email with log-in to the portal and intake paperwork to e-sign prior to your appointment via email, even if you are there for Mission Valley Telehealth therapy services. Please arrive 5+ minutes prior to your appointment and check in via the iPad when meeting onsite. This notifies your therapist who will be out to get you shortly.
