Box breathing is a great tool for regulating your nervous system when you are feeling stressed or anxious. Here is how it works:


Step 1, Inhale: Breathe in for 4 seconds

Step 2, Hold: Hold your breath for 4 seconds

Step 3, Exhale: Breathe out for 4 seconds

Step 4, Hold: Wait for 4 seconds


Keep repeating until you feel yourself recenter & refocus.
