Hillary has been residing in San Diego since 2016, where she has cultivated a successful career supporting individuals and operations across diverse industries. She holds a dual bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Hospitality Management from the College of Charleston in South Carolina. In 2023, Hillary advanced her expertise by earning a Master of Science in Psychology from Purdue University Global, aiming to develop more
engaging and personalized career path strategies for employees.
Her passion lies in learning and development, and she is dedicated to fostering cultures that embrace collaboration, resilience, and growth in every facet of life. Outside of work, Hillary enjoys the full extent of all San Diego has to offer. She loves sampling her way through the many restaurants around town and finds that a great day begins with a walk on the beach paired with a hot cup of coffee. Hillary is also an enthusiastic dog lover, and if you mention your furry friend, you can be sure she’ll want to hear all about them!
Hillary joined our Grow Through Life Counseling support team in 2024 as our first Human Resource Specialist. She will support our team with hiring, onboarding and more.
