We’re excited to welcome Nadia Zamani, LMFT to our Sorrento Valley location as Clinical Leader and Clinical Supervisor! Nadia is passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate relationship dynamics, life transitions, identity exploration, and healing from past trauma.

Her approach is rooted in narrative therapy and guided by collaboration, cultural humility, and a strong commitment to social justice. Nadia works alongside clients to explore the stories that shape their lives, identify those that no longer serve them, and co-create new narratives that reflect their values, strengths, and goals. She offers both short-term and long-term support tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Nadia brings extensive experience from community mental health and outpatient settings, where she provided trauma-informed care for survivors of domestic violence and clients from immigrant and refugee backgrounds. Her compassionate and culturally responsive care creates a safe, affirming space for healing and growth.

She earned her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from San Diego State University and her undergraduate degree from UCLA. Nadia is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (#134040), and we are thrilled to have her on the Grow Through Life Counseling team.

To schedule an appointment, please call our intake team at 619-549-0329 ext. 0. Starting in June, Nadia will be accepting new clients for in-person sessions at our Sorrento Valley location or via Telehealth throughout California.
