Welcome Natalia Esparza-Bugarin, AMFT to our Eastlake Location!

We’re excited to welcome Natalia Esparza-Bugarin, AMFT to our Eastlake location! Natalia is passionate about supporting adolescents, adults, couples, and families as they navigate challenges such as childhood trauma, emotional dysregulation, attachment injuries, communication difficulties, and personal growth.

Natalia utilizes a collaborative, Emotion-Focused, Feminist, and Attachment-based approach to create a supportive and empowering space for healing. She brings a wealth of experience from community-based and residential care settings, where she worked with survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse, as well as youth in the foster care system. Her background in both direct care and leadership roles provides her with a well-rounded understanding of client needs and care delivery.

Natalia earned her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliant International University and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from San Diego State University. She is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (#150245), supervised by Paul Abe, LCSW, and employed by Grow Through Life Counseling.
