Rachael is an AMFT with experience working with people of all ages. She received both her Bachelor's in Psychology followed by her Master's in Clinical Counseling from Point Loma Nazarene University. Rachael utilizes a warm, person-centered approach to support her clients through whatever life throws their way.
She has experience working with clients seeking help for depression, anxiety, grief, anger management, abuse, and trauma. She views clients through a lens rooted in attachment theory while drawing upon active interventions in CBT to spark understanding and spur change in her clients. Rachael firmly believes that therapy should be a collaborative process between the therapist and the client which is why she empowers them to set goals that will impact their everyday lives.
